Due to the recent winter storm, our trip was delayed a couple days, but the staff was very accommodating and moved our reservation so we didn't have to cut our trip short. We absolutely loved the location of this hotel. We had to switch rooms a couple times (unforseen circumstances) but the staff made it so worth it and made our trip one we will never forget. Thank you again, and we will definitely be back one day. I will say this- take advantage of the hotel's promotions so you know exactly what you are getting.

Amazing place have stayed here twice and only place I will ever stay in New York. Would recommend it to anyone and we will definitely be back.The accomodations and staff are awesome.I love the service and everyones very friendly...thank you.

We stayed at Hotel Edison for the first time in 2004, which was only our 3rd trip to NYC. We chose it because of its close proximity to the Broadway Theatre, which is our main reason for visiting NYC. Our first stay wasn't quite up to our expectations, check in was not smooth, and the room wasn't ready til after 5:00 and we had reservations for 6:00 and needed to get inside our room.
