I have stayed in the Edison twice and will be returning for my 3rd stay this December. The staff are nothing but helpful and friendly and cant do enough for you. The location is brilliant being a stone throw away from times square. I have no bad word to say and will look forward to returning again.

The location is great. The rooms were clean. If you want a quiet room, this isn’t the place. I hardly slept. The air conditioner is VERY loud and kept me up. I then would try to sleep in, but the slamming of doors from maids and other guests, made it hard to relax. There is no light in the walk-in closet, so I had to use my cell phone to find clothes. I had zero view, just a brick wall at every window, which I understand they can’t help. The security guards were nice.

Our stay here was awesome! Close to everything and the staff was great from beginning to end! DeMarcus from guest relations was the nicest guy! He personally came to our room and brought gift bags filled with several bottles of wine, a cute Teddy-bear with the hotel logo on it along with cookies, nuts, candies and a hand written note for my sisters 50th birthday!
