I was there for lunch while on the Pilgrim Hall Museum Holiday House Tour. We arrived around 1:30, lunch was supposed to be served until 2:30. The dinning room was full of unbussed tables and there was no staff to be found. I found a tray and bussed a table so that my party of 7 had seats. We then went out to the bar where a very stressed bartender was rude. We then went to the buffet for the turkey dinner but all that was left was stuffing, salad & penne Alfredo. We were told that they had run out of food around 12:30. We... read more

Thanksgiving weekend- great location, clean bathroom,a bit outdated, but priced right. However, the heating unit was extremely loud, could not sleep at all. The Bistro staff was friendly and did their best to handle large crowds.

Mass Town Clerk's conference, hotel was very nice, clean, staff very nice and accomadating. Food was not great, our banquet was horrible. Our meals were cold, bland, really disappointing considering we pay a pretty good price for it. The hotel needs to step up its game for groups that come and are repeaters ! Disappointed !!

Went there for MCAST tests for granddaughter people were friendly, public places were very clean, but the breakfast was expensive and not very good 2 of us had eggs benny with hash and the hash was very salty there were onions and peppers in the home fries and not enough sauce on the eggs to even call it eggs benny one of us had French toast which was good but expensive $50 including 20% tip for the 3 of us, 2 juices and a cup of tea

Nice place but... Last year they changed hands right in the middle of Plymouth's Hometown Thanksgiving celebrations (very poor planning on their part) resulting in mass chaos for those staying there. We requested room next to our friends. They told us this wasn't do-able even though there was a vacant room next to them. Instead we were given a room that had not been cleaned. This year the prices have gone up dramatically, plus they are charging additional fees for rooms with more than two people. Hometown Thanksgiving brin... read more

We arrived only to find out that the reservation we made in March was not being honored, We wanted adjoining rooms and even called a couple days prior to our arrival to make sure we were going to be in the adjoining rooms. We were told reservations were not a guarantee and the people in the room reserved for us refused to more to another room. So we were put in two separate rooms. We were given free breakfasts but still could not believe we were the ones not to get the room we wanted. The pool could have been cleaner - h... read more
