We were o the pool level , it smell musty not good for my allergies, the pool was not heated, no usb outlets in our room, only 1 mirror in the bathroom, limited tv stations, just found the hotel a disappointment, Our next class reunion will be somewhere else

I have to say for the $360 one night stay I expected a lot more! The balcony was in rough shape, the floors were dirty. Glass slider was dirty, Our bedding had stains on the thin weird blanket they give you. My 2 year old found old food on the floor. The bathtub had mold and looked run down. Staff was helpful and responsive to reported problems. We received a full refund, I want to start with that. Our first room was not clean. It smelled very bad, it was bad enough that we didn’t feel ok sleeping in there. Hair in the shower, spots of who knows what in the showers, dirt on the beds. We requested a new room and were provided one. This place is a nightmare. Avoid at all costs. Mold growing everywhere. Active water leak. Puke on the bed skirts. Reserved room with corporate card and provided personal card for incidentals. They charged the room to my personal card and refused to reverse the transaction. Horrible experience. Plymouth is very nice. Lots of cool shops and restaurants. Just don’t stay at the 1620.
Good- Great location with easy access to all the sights to see in Plymouth. Bad 1- I understand COVID has caused issues for everybody but zero room cleaning or even towel exchanges is ridiculous. Every time we walked past the desk people were asking for towels and even one time TP. My hubby and I booked a room for July 5, 2021. We had just come from a whale watch and lunch. We went up to our room and went to put our food in the refrigerator. It was not working. I put my bag on the bed and notice something moving. It was a bug. The coffee maker still had an old coffee kcup in it.
