We felt less than welcomed at check in and the person at the front desk could only bring herself to ask for my ID, credit card, and the number of room keys we needed. Not one word was mentioned about any of the amenities, or lack thereof, nor was there an extension of any sort of hospitality. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at Review of Hotel 1620 Plymouth Harbor Pending review Let’s start with they got my reservation wrong, I reserved a king size room. While checking in and going to the room I had a two queen bed pool side. Walking into the room all you can smell is the chlorine from the pool. Went back to the front desk and they where able to get the correct room for us. Though we need to wait for the room to be cleaned. I will never stay there again. First its starts off they had the wrong room size. Had to come back later when the correct room was ready. People smoking pot outside, pictures of the grounds are wrong, pond was gone, No buzzing your card to get into the building. Needed more towels they gave us hand towels to dry off. Dog poop the hallway. Coffee pot was dirty. How do you know if the really clean.

Nice place until we discovered the bed bugs not cool at all they definitely need to do better this is unacceptable people are spending there money to say here and enjoy themselves I’ll never say there again
one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at and I've been to a lot!!!!! Room has flaking paint and was not clean. Went to management last night and they dont do anything. He referred me to someone else that is not in until 9 AM this morning. Worst experience for a wedding and I'm here for another night. Horrible!!!!!

I was there for lunch while on the Pilgrim Hall Museum Holiday House Tour. We arrived around 1:30, lunch was supposed to be served until 2:30. The dinning room was full of unbussed tables and there was no staff to be found. I found a tray and bussed a table so that my party of 7 had seats. We then went out to the bar where a very stressed bartender was rude. We then went to the buffet for the turkey dinner but all that was left was stuffing, salad & penne Alfredo. Thanksgiving weekend- great location, clean bathroom,a bit outdated, but priced right. However, the heating unit was extremely loud, could not sleep at all. The Bistro staff was friendly and did their best to handle large crowds.
