RecommendedOur family and friends have been making Plymouth 1620 an annual trip. We cannot express how wonderful and friendly the staff is! Nancy and Septa are two of the best! We look forward to seeing them every year! We did miss the pub this year. But looking forward to the renovations and another vacation back!

This hotel was one of the worst I’ve ever stayed in, in my life. I’ve traveled all over the world, and I’ve stayed in hostels, motels, you name it! And this has to be top 3 worst: dirty, room flooded, loud, musty, moldy. Just so gross. The staff is lovely, the location is amazing but I’d never stay here again.
Rooms are decent, the pool and splash pad are well maintained, but I have noticed that the carpets in the lobbies and rooms are soiled. If you are staying more than a night or two, bring your own towels and a trash bag because housekeeping does NOT tend to your rooms. We have been here since Sunday and it is now Wednesday and the maid has not been here at all, not even once. Needless to say, we have piles of trash in our room. Our reservation was not honored. Our room was given away and we were downgraded without any notification. Our room had yellow tap water and a clogged sink.
My nephew fell down and no help/medic team was offered or even remotely concerned. Not a good experience won’t ever be back.
