The dining room is exceptionally clean and the food is good. The activities team is great and close to the residents. Individual room service is lacking. ie bed changes and through bathroom cleaning, and windows
My Uncle really likes it. He has a new POA and she and her husband are I believe doing a good job. Tena works there so makes it very convenient when my uncle needs anything she can tell her husband and they are on it. [name removed] was a very big help with all of the questions we had so when her and her husband took over the money it made it very helpful. I have had a stroke and not able to take care of that
I am in Independent Living and I have found it very hard to mild into the community here. I would not mind being helpful in areas, but there is not Community invites or get togethers over Coffee tea or Cake or even a little Bring a Dish to the Gazebo on a Sunday afternoon or evening. Everyone seems to be Independent and lonely. I feel for all of them, but worry about becoming too attached. The staff is fantastic. They are friendly and helpful. The facility is always very clean. The rooms are a great size. The Program Coordinator and activities team are incredible. There is always something to do and opportunities to gather with other residents. As far as the food goes, I think sometimes they overcook the meats.

They weren't equipped for our needs. Seems like the sales team and ops team differ on what the facility can provide. I'd recommend the facility if the clients needs were small.

All 5 stars! The staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable. Room sizes and amenities offered in memory care have been excellent. I would recommend Commonwealth at Radford to others.
We're in independent living so we don't get meals or activities! Main building is real nice though!Very clean, refurbed entire apartment and well equipped.

If a friend ask me i would say they listen to you and there is always something happening there. I picked radford because it was clean, and i felt when talking with them they listen to me and family. I would recommend to others.

We chose Commonwealth at Radford because I liked that the facility is all on one level. They also had more information up front in the beginning and we really appreciated that. When I went in to sign the papers they had different staff lined up to talk to me about things, they were amazing. The activities director does a great job especially and they take the residents on field trips. They also have entertainment that comes in as well.
