My mom is a very independent lady so moving to assisted living was very difficult for her. The staff at Commonwealth Radford have been wonderful in helping her make this transition. They are some of the most caring people I’ve ever met. She has improved in only a month of living there. The activities department is amazing with a variety of activities every day. The meals are outstanding as well. I’m so grateful to Commonwealth for all they do for my mom.
We have been so thankful for this community and their care of my dad! Tina and Melinda were delightful to work with during the process of exploring our options and answering all our questions! Special shout outs to: *****Nate Crawford for his attentiveness in remembering details about my dad's meal preferences! *****Sophie M. whom he described as "Swift!" in her cheerful service. We appreciate you all!
WHAT IS CLEANLINESS!! Apparently the workers are unsupervised during the day. They take that to full advantage. I would never recommend anyone to send your love one’s through these doors. Basic laundry and cleaning skills are lacking. The willingness to properly do your job is set to the lowest bar. I feel bad for the people who actually do their jobs cause the rug of nasty/ lazy individuals certainly covers them.
Excellent facility with great, caring staff. So very happy I found CSL. My husband has been here for a year and it allows me to be his wife instead of caregiver. I can't say enough good things about CSL Radford.
The new staff is working hard to provide consistency in services . I hope they stay. The facility in Radford is always bright and cheery when I enter the lobby area. Tha person at the reception desk, melinda, has become the backbone of good sense! Keep it up Radford Commonwealth!
