Aaron has done an amazing job helping us settle in and making this very difficult transition in my life as comfortable as possible. He has even helped me with technology above my capabilities. Sooo much appreciated. Chandra working in the memory care unit on the day shift has done an incredible job of caring for my husband (I'm aware that this is not an easy task). She has found a great way of relating to him, and giving me piece of mind that he is being well attended too. An angel on earth!

My father is living at Commonwealth in Hampton on Topping Lane. He moved in about 3 weeks ago. It was a difficult move for him because he had lived in his other place for many years. Commonwealth has really been there for him. The people there care for him like family! They go out of their way always showing kindness. The aides,med techs, techs, house keeping, food service, maintenance and front desk employees are all warm and welcoming!! It's the people that make the place!! Not one person helped me get my dying mother out of that “home” finally the kind cleaning lady helped me get mom in the car. Nobody said goodbye. But they hire incompetent “care givers” and sell you on 24 hour care…if you have over five thousand dollars a month. Sadly my mom died from their negligence she passed the day after I got her home. My only saving grace is that she didn’t NOT DIE in that HELL. They dehydrate all of the memory care people so they don’t have to change their diapers. I visited My Bishop/ Pastor Willie T Jackson in the Memory care Unit . His Attendant Bro Aaron had GREAT 👍 interpersonal skill excellent bedside manner , Bro Aaron my. Visit very enjoyable. Hospitable,& I Know w/ Bro. Aaron 👍🙏 being A new employee & new CHRISTIAN Bishop Jackson is getting EXCELLENT CARE !!!!! Capt Roderic T. Powell ( ARMY of G O D )

I want to give a big shout out to Lakeisha Veney she is very attentive to my mother . The whole time my mother is fussing she is very patient and carrying for her . She is very hard worker and her love and passion she has with my mother warms my heart .. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
