I have an upcoming reservation and I already feel like I made a poor choice. Front desk doesn’t answer the phone and no one answers emails. After our 6 day stay at this resort I still feel the same. Couldn’t check in until after 5:00pm. Wrong rooms. Rooms had sand in the sink and shower still so wasn’t clean. Room had 2 empty wine bottles left in it. Beach front property where all the local vagrants hang out and leave empty glass and trash everywhere. The hotel does not clean up the beach at all. Very dirty with broken glas... read more

I would have recommended it because although nobody answers the phone, it’s a great location and I understand that they are pinched with all of the code is 19 restrictions. We had a nice stay. However, we left something in our room and it was not out in plain sight and I called as soon as I realized it, the next day and I was assured that home keeping it would check as soon as they could. after hours of waiting we were given our rooms ( at ten pm !!!! ). we were told to haul the extra bed ourselves to our rooms in the third floor when it was freezing outside. the rooms are small and congested. all the crap worth 300 bucks a night ! it's just awful

My daughter got third degree burns on fingers . Fire place get hot like oven form outside . The temperature I kept at 60*f Fireplace is too close to bed . Very unkind staff. Not concerned . Never go there again . Very bad experience

This hotel is not worth the 250 I just paid. The pictures look much better than reality. The bathroom is so outdated,the fan has a super loud annoying rattling noise. The room is so tiny.Im not at all impressed and I won't be back.

I would have loved it here had they tried to live up to their name of Tahoe Beach Retreat. The past two days were anything but a retreat!! The atmosphere they created around the 4th of July was a meat market, fraternity, Spring Break laden with under age drinkers, pot heads, party until you drop and at the expense of everyone around you! This was not fun or relaxing and MOST definitely NOT family friendly! My family were so excited to be so close to the beach, but we will definitely think twice about staying here again.
