Hello, we booked with you this past Monday 25th -27th. We noticed immediately that our room was a mess. The toilet had a puddle of urine next to it(please see attached photos) The toilet itself is about to collapse. Please go see for yourself. DO NOT under any circumstances give this POS trashy so-called "retreat & lodge" ANY of your money. Actually ZERO stars. #1 DO NOT get top shelf liquor from any of their bars, they refill the bottles with wells alcohol. How do I know this? My parents and I are currently staying here. I am visiting with them in CA for the first time since the pandemic. My dad said he spent over $1100 for two nights for a two room "suite". Although this is a beautiful location, this hotel has gone downhill since the last time I stayed here a year ago. I witnessed at least 5 people having to ask for towels because the rooms were not properly replenished. Our room had 1 bath towel and 2 hand towels. It honestly didn't feel clean - and for the price I would have expected better. Rude and untrained employees at check in. Was not given information about the new app to message in the event I needed something and the criticized for not using the app by their manager. Stayed here last year and enjoyed it very much. This trip checked out the day I checked in...horrible experience.
