Liked · Well the bed was comfortable well I guess that’s it Disliked · Cleanliness the fridge was dirty still had food in from last guest and they had no sheets for the sofa bed they made me go downstairs and get my own also there was no hand soap in the room which is a big thing during Covid everything was outdated and tacky I based my hotel stay on the pictures which are in accurate The rooms did not match up to the pictures as far as room size and style again a little outdated I could stay at a Boston for cheaper extrem... read more

It was way over priced for what it was , there was supposed to be completely breakfast, couldn’t figure out were that was , and also couldn’t find the gym , the staff wasn’t that helpful, outlets in the room didn’t work , not to mention the size of the room (very small ) kinda crazy that you have to pay for parking (should be included ) for the amount you pay for the room , won’t be staying there ever again !

Just okay. For the money, expected better. Some of the staff were friendly, others (front desk) just didn't seem to care. Server on rooftop bar had no idea what he was doing. Ordered grilled chicken and received a burger. Indoor pool was open yet closed up making it way too hot to even be in the pool area. Rooftop bar was closed one of the days, "because 1 person didn't show up". Really? Weak drinks in the bar. Outlet in bedroom for coffee maker didn't work. Valet parking definitely a plus. Breakfast in the restaurant was de... read more

We got a package with the hotel for breakfast to be included. The front desk never gave us our vouchers for that so we had to go searching for it. When we went to try the pool out it was 9:00pm, at 9:40 one of the staff came in and told us we needed to leave because the pool closes at 10:00. We got kicked out early, last time I checked it closes at 10:00 and that would be when the staff could start cleaning. The staff who told us to leave the pool was also super rude , she wasn’t even nice about it. Also the bathroom door di... read more

This was my first time staying here - the staff was very pleasant and the valet guys were super nice. Aside from that... the quality of the actual hotel was poor. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever stayed in. There were 2 TVs in our room, one was set up and one was clearly the old one they left on accident which they later called us about. The carpets were stained and old- the bathroom didn’t even have the tissues filled. The Keurig machine didn’t work, most of the electrical outlets didn’t work. For the price ... read more

Wharfside breakfast...expensive and forget things. The positive side.....had fun at Trivia night. Excellent nachos! Excellent Margarita!! wish I knew the bartenders name. He has been there for years... read more

Overall, it was ok (for a hundred year old hotel) I wasn't really impressed. When we first got there we had a problem with the room key and we went through 6 sets of keys before we could get into the room. Management remedied the problem promptly. Queen size pillows on a king size bed. No microwave in the room and the tub wouldn't plug so the better half could take a bath. The pool looked green and I didn't care swim in it. The room was clean and other than trivial things, it was ok.

Thought we'd top off our last night at the beach with a nice dinner at the Ashworth, especially since it rained all day. We called at 1 pm to make a 7 pm reservation, but when we arrived, there was no record of the reservation, so we were seated in the bar. From then on,our experience was less than we had hoped. We ordered appetizers, and, much to our dismay, our entre came before we had finished the appetizers. This did leave us with the feeling that we should eat quickly and leave. Our server was very apologetic, but... Th... read more
