we were put in a first floor room over the bar. the band was so loud. it was awful.
We did NOT feel safe in the room as people were trying to enter the room through the adjacent room door. People were also banging on the exterior door and running. This happened for at least 30 minutes before we packed up and left. There are NO phones in the room to call for help so we packed up and went downstairs. We told the front desk attendant and she promised a FULL refund for not feeling safe. We called each day to follow up and were finally told after the 5th day of calling for the promised refund, that they were not ... read more
Upon arrival the floor in the room was dirty, there was an Easter egg behind the TV stand, dirt by the mini fridge. We had to ask for sheets and pillow for the pull out couch vs having them stored within the room. The tub wouldn’t drain after a shower, the toilet paper holder was barely hanging on. Staff were friendly. The pub attached to the restaurant had a rude bartender while one of the others was very pleasant.
