Rude front desk, no customer service. Do not stay here! I spent almost $500 for one night and they couldn’t even give us toilet paper.
Room was disgustingly dirty! Hair all over bathroom floor, dirty toilet,sink and bathtub! Say they taking safety measures with covid and thoroughly cleaning! Ya right 🙄
Dirty awful no response from the manager a 300$ room construction mold I’m so pissed only thing good was the older gentleman that did the valet !!!we expect a call back
Dirty, dirty, dirty! We stayed on Rm 111 and it was far from clean! The bathroom was disgusting! Toothpaste all over the sink hair all over the floor and trash was still full from what looked like the previous guest as for the rest of the room there was hand prints all over the headboard, that was nasty also the smell of weed in the hallways was totally gross. For the money we payed to stay there one night I would not think of going back.

Not impressed what so ever. It fact truly disappointed. Brought my wife there for our wedding anniversary and she was rather upset in there quality. There are some safety concerns and as well lack of cleansing and maintenance.
RecommendedVery outdated. Not worth the money. Old not renovated hotel. Chip interior don't even have a desk for computer. Room is like in 1930s
Left my brand new winter boots in the room by mistake then checked out. Housekeeping says they never found the boots. That’s the only place they could’ve been. So beware there is a thief working there. Will never be back and shared with all my Facebook friends.
This is what their Valet Parking did to my new car. Not only did they do it, they didn’t acknowledge it or tell me about it. Did you know their policy is to walk around your car with you when you get their and when you leave. They didn’t do that with my car or my daughters car. Also, they double park down in the garage so your car could be moved constantly. I was so mad that the GM gave me back my deductible.
