Nasty 🤢! Zero room service, gotta beg for towels and or soap. Place is run down and filthy. I’ve tried to look past things but after laying in bed and getting bit buy a bug crawling in my sheets I’m Done. Don’t come here folks.

Only thing good about this place is the view. Certainly not worth the $424 a night NOT including their “resort fee”, parking and room deposit. A room deposit…as if we could make the room any worse. Very dirty. Dust bunnies hanging off walls and caked up in places. Paint coming off the ceilings, mold growing in corners, stains on carpets, bed skirts and curtains…just disgusting. Would not recommend or stay here again. Very disappointed. Save yourself the money and the disappointment-don’t come here!

This place is definitely not worth the money. The room was not cleaned. There were coffee grinds that continued to come out of the bathroom drains, at least it looked like coffee grinds I wasn’t going to touch it. There was hair in the shower. Above the tv it looked like someone splattered something off the wall and it was never cleaned up. The rugs looked like that hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The room was not what we expected! The bathroom was gross with long dark hair on shower walls and a ring around the sink!WTF! They didn’t even have the Super Bowl channel! The only thing great about this place is the view of the beach🙄😞

Stayed at this hotel for one night which was supposed to be a week vacation stay. Booked the Ashworth king room at this hotel for $400 a night and it was a nightmare from entry. We noticed dirty wine glasses in the hall on our way to the room we booked, but the real horror started when we entered our room. We noticed the AC unit had literally thick dust/lint in the the front of the unit and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned since it was installed. The lamp shades had wine stains all over them.
