Went into there new store this n that. Bought a bamboo pillow that was on sale for $25. When I got home I opened it to find the memory foam broken, clumpy and falling apart. I'm willing to bet they knew your product was starting to disintegrate. I know there receipt states no returns or refunds but the product is broken and because of holidays I can't go in and discuss this with the store manager who probably is still going to refuse me my money back.
