We had a fantastic stay with 6 adults and 3 children in inter-connecting rooms and the staff could not have been more helpful.
Would have liked to attend the function hosted by Chef Tyler Florence but it sold out by the time I got to the Hotel, had no idea of it taking place as it was a totally spontaneous visit to Monterey. Was fortunate the next morning when the Florence family got seated right across from me for breakfast. The C Restaurant was quite crowded but no one paid any visible attention to the famous Chef and he really could enjoy having breakfast with his family in total privacy. This is the best buffet brunch that I have experienced. The price is worth it. The service was great.
Love love love this place. We've probably had the pleasure of staying all all different rooms throughout the years. Staff are prompt and courteous to care, just make sure you let them know.
Had an amazing anniversary stay with gorgeous ocean view, sound of the rolling tide, and sunrise on the horizon. Beds were extra comfy, and staff were top-notch!
This was a most enjoyable trip! The valets and bellmen started our experience off right! Our room was incredible with an oceanfront view. Room service breakfasts were tasty and warm. Front desk and concierge were friendly and helpful! The amenities were exceptional. We would definetly stay her again!
