Absolutely love the hotel, room, beds, bathroom, hot tub and location. It was beautifully decorated, super clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful especially Charolette (hope I have her name right) at the front desk. She was so sweet and provided excellent customer service. My only regret is that we only stayed for one night. I would definitely recommend this hotel! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Omg such a nice hotel 5 stares is not enough now at the Sheraton in San Francisco and feel like I'm in a dump if I ever go back will definitely stay there again
