Late check in due to slow staff. Used wrong card to charge my room - lied and said they fixed it. They didn’t. 4 days later I’m still trying to resolve this issue. Staff is horrible!

Dirty. Floor in kitchen was ripping up. Just not a good visit. Clean things up!!!!!!!! Dirty Dirty Dirty all over the hotel. j

This was by far the worst Hotel I have ever been in. Customer Service was terrible one girl in particular was named Tammy and she was going to charge me $600 for the 5 min we were there. The reason we were staying there was because my Grandfather had just had severe Heart surgery and then we received a phone call saying my Grandfather had been released from MUSC but Tammy was still giving me a hard time she said the room was dirty and that she was charging me another $100 on top of the $600 because she said we were in there ... read more

The hotel and its adjacent propert are nice, but having to pay $30 a day for parking seemed a little excessive considering that is nearly 20% of the cost of a room. Again, the hotel staff and other amenities were great, but they need to work out a better deal for their parking situation considering their location probably drives the majority of the garages business.
