We checked in this morning for my birthday and our first anniversary. Jamie at the front desk asked what we would be doing while visiting and we told her about our celebrations. We left the hotel to do sightseeing and came back to the hotel to get ready for dinner. We were greeted with a beautiful handwritten card from the Hyatt family and a bottle of champagne. It was so personal and thoughtful!

I stayed at this hotel early June 2016. First time in Charleston. Love the area. There was a gentleman named Marcus who was so helpful in telling us about the area and recommended some local restaurants for us to try. He was a complete delight to talk to.

Enjoyed my room the little while I was in it! The girls at the front were very friendly and and check in and out was a breeze ! I will be back! Charleston is beautiful very entertaining city and has plenty of great restaurants and shopping! I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt house Charleston! Yours truly Charlene Hill.
