Great resort but WARNING they have a horrible buffet and it cost $28... I spent $88 dollars for dinner and had to eat at McDonald's afterwards... That Chef needs to find a new career option...

This was a terrible decision. Housekeeping barged in at 8AM and woke us up, ruining our night's rest. We checked in late at 1AM, didn't get to sleep until 2:30. You try getting back to sleep in the daylight. I called the front desk and I was told I should have the do not disturb sign in. There wasn't one anywhere in my room. So they brought one up. But that doesn't help my kids get back to sleep. They offered me a crappy greasy breakfast and watered down coffee as compensation for ruining my stay. When I told them I wanted a... read more

The place is run down. Every were you look there is trash and old dead branches in the bushes etc.. just run down and not kept up. At over &250.00 a night you expect better. Sink backing up, towel rails falling off the wall and air conditioner would not cool down called maintenance several times and they would not repair because they were "to busy" hotel staff was rude and not helpful.

We were getting in really late and so we called the resort to ask about shuttle service. Twice they told us about the shuttle than would run only until 9:40 which stopped too early for us. When we asked about other forms of transportation they told us the shuttle started running again the next day at 8:40. Um...thanks!?!? Thank goodness there really is a taxi service. Room was fine.
