unless you need just a room in. emergency. No breakfast included, old rooms, for the price you can get better room and breakfast. Service around this area it's like you asking a favor and you have to pay for it. Customer Service needs improvement and reservation agents needs to be more professional and not misslead customers. Hotels they should make more suitable rooms for people with mobility issues

Recommendedit's a very nice hotel indoor spa by the bar 😎👍👌. The wifi seems to not work properly. Some of the staff are friendly some are not so . Way to much chemicals in the spa 😫 What worry's me is the past comment card had been left as a new one which was already filled out but not taken the front and replaced .

we stayed there in December 2017, the price was right, the food was excellent. This year while booking, we realized the price was high, real high, we thought maybe they had done some upgrades, and improved services. My, how we were wrong! There was no upgrade being done or already done. First, the rooms were not clean(dust on night stands and lamps. In one room the heater was not working!). Hotel is expensive as is located close to the Grand Canyon Park. Food is horrible. Service, so so. Based on what they charge vs. what you get is not worth the money.
Our shower was barely warm. The next morning we awoke to the light in the bathroom ceiling crashing to the floor. Water was leaking all over and that is why the light fell. We called the front desk and evacuated are room in pajamas and underwear. Bare live wires and water running down was not safe. Scared the crap out of us. Best they could do was to comp breakfast. Food was way overcooked and dried out. Worst 2 night stay at a hotel. Camp in a tent.
NOOOOO! Don't do it! In fact, just drive right back to Flagstaff!
Don't eat the food here. I would fire the kitchen staff! Resort pictures are more than what it is, but it is clean and the people seem nice.
