Gutes Hotel, freundliches Personal, große Zimmer, aber wenig Licht, zwei Waschbecken, getrennt, Balkone zur überdachten Innenseite mit Blick auf kleinrn Spa-Nereich und Wintergarten, Pool im Nachbargebäude. Zimmer sauber. Mehrere Restaurants in der Nähe, auch Foodmarktet und Tankstelle, aber alles völlig überteuert, nur wenige Meilen bis zum Eingang Grand Canyon. Es fährt shuttlebus.

It’s not the mistakes, it’s how you handle them 1) you checked us out of our room mistakenly a day early and we were out hiking. We came back, took showers, and started reading. A stranger entered our room. You assigned it to her. This could have ended really badly. You were sorry…sorry? This wasn’t ..oh we forgot to put shampoo in you room 2) you said on check in there would be a “incidentals charge” that you wouldn’t charge the card but keep it on file… you lied. Our front desk staff will be retrained on the checkout procedure to ensure the correct reservations/guests were checked out. Regarding the deposit, we authorized the card upon check in, the amount was temporarily held against your account. It will usually be released within 3-5 business days after your departure. Y’all have a moth infestation, we just drove 9 hrs to find a room with over 50 moths flying around! Then when I tell the Main desk they said we can’t do anything! How about another room, how about a door that I can’t put my hand under fro bugs to get in, how about a fly swat, anything but no.

Their billing system is horrible. We found charges for a whole extra night of fees, the day after check out. When I called Rich the Concierge said he only picked up the phone to get a number, not help. Mean while I know that the front desk can reverse charges. If they call up the chain of command.

When we checked in they required thst we pay a security deposit. We are in our 70's we left the room the way we found it except for what we used. That was in March, now it is May 28 and we still have not gotten back our deposit.

Our records show that $50 was 'held' on your MasterCard ending in 9247 upon check in on March 29th. You did not have any incidental charges, therefore; your funds were 'released' back to your card automatically upon your departure on March 30th. unless you need just a room in. emergency. No breakfast included, old rooms, for the price you can get better room and breakfast. Service around this area it's like you asking a favor and you have to pay for it. Customer Service needs improvement and reservation agents needs to be more professional and not misslead customers. Hotels they should make more suitable rooms for people with mobility issues
