I've read a lot of reviews on this page and the mentions of all the helpful representatives. Though, I'm sure they are all wonderful, none can compare to my representative, Ciera Y. at the Gainesville Branch. This is the second loan request she has helped with, each time going more & more above what you would expect. I can’t say enough good things about the kind people that helped me at my branch. I went in hoping I’d get some help with buying a piece of equipment needed for my fiancé’s small business but not expecting the help since his own bank wouldn’t help him. Well they went above and beyond for me. Meagan listened to my needs, was very kind and patient.
