RecommendedI love this bank and its service but the drive-thru is so slow! The branch on 43rd Street has terrible drive-thru speed. I have been sitting for 15 minutes trying to just make a cash deposit. 1 tiller for a drive-thru that services four cars is unacceptable. When I asked the teller about it, he said yeah it's cuz the teller went on lunch. No apologies

Ive had great customer service every time! I made a call today to get some of my finances figured out and Alicia was a great person to talk to! Very sweet and understanding. I love this bank! :) ⭐️ I would give her 6 stars if i could!

Kudos!! To Mr. Michael Santaniello at the Maricamp Branch in Ocala He helped me with my auto loan and line of credit. He is a very professional person, has a great sense of humor. Been with the Florida Credit Union in Lake City, for over 20 years and have always been happy with the customer service. Home loans car loans they always got the job done. They have a great group of people, that make you feel like more than just another customer. Especially Russell he is always so friendly and efficient, one of those people that just brightens your day !
