I bank at the haile office. The branch manager Katrina is incredibly helpful and friendly. Last week I needed to have some documents notarized. While we were there she helped us set up online banking. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and really knows her products. The entire branch reflects her way of being helpful.

FLCU has a great member representative service. Jenelle Rayburn is one such gem in the member representative service. I had to wait long for the call and then I got a chance to speak with Jenelle and she was extremely patient in answering my questions and helping me out with my car loan process. I would gladly rate 5 stars for FCU because they have Jenelle.
