The director I spoke with was so knowledgeable and compassionate about our situation. They are doing a great job at keeping their residents safe which is comforting. The entire interaction was genuine and I look forward to working with them.

Staff seem to be very invested in keeping the residents safe and happy. Meals are of good quality and the facility is clean. Management is very attentive and responsive.

I enjoy living at Addington Place of Grand Rapids. I receive very good care and all the staff are friendly and caring. I especially like when they just take time to come and visit with me. I would recommend Addington Place of Grand Rapids to anyone looking for a place to come and stay.

The nurses that take care of me is great they come when I need them, they always help me if I ask. Some times we have a good talk if I asked about the new meds I take.

I highly recommend Addington Place of GR as they have the most caring and friendly staff. They are always willing to go the extra mile. I am very happy and satisfied living here.

I have the pleasure of working with several different facilities and meet and see staff members everyday. You can always see the facilities where the staff treats the residents as family. That is what I have seen when I have been at Addington Place. The administration team is so knowledgeable and helpful. You will be happy to have your loved one at Addington Place.

When you are calling to check in on your loved one, often times it is very difficult to get a hold of someone. The rooms are a pretty good size, and the furnishings are okay, however somewhat outdated. The food they serve is okay.

I chose Addington Place of Grand Rapids because it just felt homey and it seemed like it would be a good fit for my mother, it is a smaller community. The room sizes here were decent compared to others we saw. I ate here a couple of times and I was not impressed, the food does not seem to be fresh. I thought it was perfect for my mom and the people were very nice and helpful. I would recommend.
