The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They are patient, and they will answer all of your questions without making you feel rushed or unimportant. They provide regular updates on your family member. They call whenever their is a concern or injury with your family member. I am very satisfied with the care that my uncle is receiving. I would give Georgian Manor a 5 on all of these categories and if I could give a 10 on quality of care and friendliness, I would! They were amazing. They loved my mom like family and we really could not thank them enough for making mom's last 6 months the best we could hope for, given her need for assistance.
My Dad has been living at the Commonwealth at Georgian Manor for three years. My Dad has dementia and it is such a relief to know he is cared for and safe when I am not with him. The staff treats him with respect and love and I could not ask for more. I would recommend Georgian Manor for anyone who needs help with a loved one. I would rate this an excellent facility.
My mom came to Georgian manor in bad shape. She had been hospitalized and had rehab for two months. She was depressed and had little motivation to do anything. This place has turned my mom around!!!! The staff is awesome and she has not only put on weight but is engaged in most of the activities including her 1st outing. She wants to get dressed, wear makeup, and jewelry. It’s just amazing to me. They do a wonderful job at engaging the seniors. My father is content, has picked up weight, and is far happier and pleasant to be with. The variety has been good for him I would definitely recommend Commonwealth to others
Our experience with Commonwealth Senior Living at Georgian Manor has been top notch. When we arrived for our initial meeting with [name removed], the Marketing/Sales Director, we were immediately impressed with the look and the feel of the place.
