My family member has been a resident at this community for 4 yrs and my family is very pleased with the care she receives. They are family to us and we appreciate all that they do. Family, friendly, warm environment with amazing leadership. Thank you to all!🩷
My mom lived at Churchland House for over two years eventually transitioning into memory care. Our experience was excellent and the staff extremely kind and caring. I felt like the whole team got to know our family and worked with us to keep my mom safe and happy. The facilities were always in excellent shape and there were always programs available to keep mom engaged.
Shaianna (sp?) a nursing student/employee was exemplary in caring for our dear friend! Our friend told us Shianna’s mom and her grandmother both work there as well. It was both comforting and encouraging to see this nurse’s sincerity, compassion and excellence in how she spoke and responded and cared for our friend! Very grateful ☺️
Although my mom was only at CSL Churchland House for a short time (came there compromised after neglect at another facility), I found the staff to be caring, friendly and competent. I was at peace during her stay there. Both administrative staff and direct care personnel were professional and courteous. I would have started with care there had I known about this location. We didn't know what to expect when moving a family member into assisted living and the staff was great, very patient and informative, especially Katrina and Luke. The facility is clean and inviting with lots of activities for residents to partake in. We are pleased with everything and everyone we have interacted and would recommend this facility.
