I was very impressed with the cleanliness, decor, as well as the friendliness of the staff, especially Denise at the front desk, who was so kind and cheerful. I entered the dining hall and sat with my friend Russ Leonard, and his friend Ben. The dining room staff was very polite and accommodating. Overall. I was very impressed with the entire facility. Would go there myself someday when the time comes!

I am so impressed with the changes Commonwealth Senior Living has recently made to the community. I love the modern, bright open feeling when you walk in the door. I've had the privilege to work with Amy Valentino and she is such a kind senior living professional who helps families navigate their move to Commonwealth. In addition, after families move in, Amy goes out of her way to do little things to always make them feel special!

Commonwealth Senior Living at Bon Air is a wonderful facility. My mom is in failing health. The nurses and administration employees are responsive, empathetic and keep me informed of changes and issues they are having with her care. I have been so impressed with their kindness and willingness to make her comfortable. During a life event such as this, it’s a huge difference to know she’s well taken care of in times I cannot be with her. We feel blessed to have found this facility to assist us.

Repeatedly my mother has not gotten quality care during the night. She reports no response to call bell. Lying in wet bed. At 101 years old, they expect her to fend for herself. Complaints at the facility seem to be ignored. At level 4 assisted living, I expect better attention. From what I’ve seen, staff coverage 1:20-24 is totally inadequate. The majority of residents are in wheelchairs. Even daycare has a much lower ratio. And these residents are often functioning ( physically and emotionally) at the same level as 2-5 ye... read more

I recently enjoyed the Grand Opening of Commonwealth Senior Living Bon Air and partnered with them for a drive-thru event. Such an attractive community and some very tasty food at the grand opening! Commonwealth has such a great reputations!!
