Wonderful spa treatment, staff were excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable. I had a very good massage therapist, April, and I plan on going back.

Pros: Great room service Friendly environment heated pool great customer service nice spa area really nice rooms cons: parking sucks and is a free for all pool closes at 9pm check out is at 12 breakfast is from 7-9 and only includes a 20 dollar voucher for 1 person and has an automatic 18 percent gratuity added on whatever you get.

This place is awesome, we enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful & the bed was so comfortable. We fell in love with Monterey, the food, the prople, the ambience & just the beauty of Monterey. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Great hotel! Cute rooms and friendly service. We didn't get a chance to use the pool or spa amenities, but plan to next time. We were a little disappointed that the jacuzzi is inside the spa area which closes at 7pm, but we'll plan better next trip in order to get the most of it.

Had a great time. It's centrally located we could walk to everything. The staff were kind and super accommodating. Julia at the front desk was terrific!

Quiet during the week, Esteban's is fantastic (their breakfast was one of the best I've had recently). A great little getaway spot. Very close to the beach and the Wharf (also walking distance to plenty of stores, right across the street from a 24/7 gas station and Denny's).
