Front desk staff was awesome and very accommodating. I cannot remember the name of the woman who checked us in, but she took care of our needs as we were traveling with an infant. She was wonderful. Restaurant is well over priced and the food is so-so, but the hotel, I definitely recommend it! Happy New Year!

I brought my family a day early from San Diego while on a California adventure. While looking on a website for local businesses, i found this gem. We wanted a hotel that was close enough to the attractions and restaurants. The property and restaurant onsite were awesome! The staff was very polite and accomodating. Rooms look freshly renovated and the place definitely achieved the boutique feel. Im a marriott/hilton guy for the points; this experience was unique and very welcoming.

Just amazing Super great service awesome room close to everything nice setting I think Mitchel helped us of name is wrong sorry. But this is close to everything, the suites are truly amazing.

Beautiful hotel and great service. We've been visiting Carmel/Monterey annually for 13 years and the last 4 years we've stayed here. Love it.
