We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding for 2 nights. From the time we arrived until the time we left we had great service. All the staff at the hotel was so nice and helpful, especially Bill. He made sure everything was taken care of from the time we arrive until we left. If you go to Baton Rouge and need a place to stay, I highly recommend staying at the Watermark Hotel!

Hotel is very nice and clean. We were only there one night but we were disappointed that there are no ice machines for ice and no vending machines for drinks/snacks.

I wish I could give a MILLION STARS this HOTEL was EVERYTHING 💖💖💖 from the front desk checkin to valet to our room everything in that building was BEAUTIFUL... I didn’t want to leave... and the bed and pillows lawddddd soft as cotton like you’re laying on clouds.. when ever I come back to Baton Rouge I will be staying at the WATERMARK

Beautiful hotel, formerly a bank building. The door are painted to resemble a vault door, very comfortable beds, electric shades and window coverings. The lobby is decorated with murals of a time long ago, Restaurant and bar are delightful. Because it is basically downtown, parking can be a problem unless you use valet parking. This is without a doubt one of the best experiences we have had in years of traveling.
