For such a prestigious and grand hotel. The staffing could use some lessons in empathy and customer service skills. While staying the weekend in such glorious hotel, I was treated far from the expectations you would have for such a grand place. Our family was coming here with a group of other families. Our sons all got Covid two of the three families were reimbursed and our was not. The staff was rude and inconsiderate and kept our $1,000 plus deposit. These people are scammers and rude. The contract on the reservation says do not come if you have Covid. Not sure if this is even legal for them to do. Do not go here. If you suddenly get sick they have no heart.
