Our group of 12 family members met in Cooperstown on Saturday, Nov 28 to get a tour of the Ommegang Brewery. Afterwards we stopped into the Otesaga to see if we could have lunch without a reservation. The staff was remarkably accommodating and helpful. They put some tables together in a matter of minutes and provided excellent service. Everyone (including three vegetarians) loved their lunch entrees which all arrived at the same time. We were all impressed. Thank you for a memorable day!
The hotel was so pretty, the food was good, the view was perfect, I loved the fire pit, and I love being down near the water , and everyone was so kind especially Bob he made us feel so welcomed and special! You must go visit for a wonderful get away.
