Called yesterday, was told there was someone at the hotel front desk 24/7 and that arriving early and having my luggage stored would be no problem. Well I arrive, can’t get into the building because no one is working the front desk. I call the number and they have no idea what is going on. The person waiting in front of me has been waiting for an hour and a half….Worst experience in a hotel so far….

If you stay here, be SURE to put ANYTHING OF VALUE in the safe in your room! I had put my cash in the safe; however, I left my jewelry roll-up case in the CLOSED DRAWER in the nightstand beside my bed. We left the room at 9:00am on Saturday morning and did not return until 6:30pm. On Sunday morning when I went to put away the jewelry I wore on Saturday and choose what I was going to wear on Sunday, I realized that two ruby and diamonds rings were missing.
