This hotel was not only economical, it was a short walk from union Square. The bed had to be one of the best I've slept on while in vacation. For the area, the size of the room was perfect! The hotel is small overall but there was a personal touch that could be felt. They do handle check in different, which I don't mind but I'm sure others may not be fond of typing a number to get in to the hotel and room. coffee and tea every morning and sitting areas on different floors. we will definitely use this hotel in the future

Omg this hidden little gem is in an amazing location, on top of that you have awesome staff, who are very knowledgable on where to go, and you get complementary cheese and wine, and if that’s not enough you also get home made cookies and a fantastic breakfast. During our stay in San Francisco we’ve stayed at the intercontinental and Fairmont Hotel and have to to say compared with these hotels the service and welcome you receive here is exceptional, hands down beats them both 😊😍
Wine and cheese nightly is a added bonus 😀
