Staff was friendly, room was modern and clean, service was on point! Staff always opened for us and constant checking up to make sure all of our needs were met , great downtown location - walking distance to most stops
This is one of the best if not the best hotels in DC. The service is excellent, staff super sweet and rooms are magnificent. I would highly recommend this enchanting hotel and will return soon. The waitress " Doris " was magnificent and Mary took over and was wonderful too. The Salmon I wasn't impressed with but I will visit again soon.
The hotel and staff were all very nice and accommodating. I slept well on their bed and despite it being in the middle of DC, it was very quiet.
Exxellence from beginning to end. The staff were very accommodating. Food is excellent, try the crab cakes. Centrally located to exciting/fun/restuarants. Easily accessible by uber or cab. Wait was minimal. Room with balcony is a must if you stay there. We were very much impressed and will be returning. This was a great place for the bridal shower and shoot.
