Telling people to find somewhere else to stay at 4am in the morning is not good business nor good customer service. What a terrible thing to happen
What a terrible experience that management don't care about their guests or holiday experiences. My leave is precious to me and I do not appreciate disrespectful or discourteous customer service
Overall our stay was just ok. Stayed on the 3rd floor and the view was nice. The bed was not comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was awful for trying to wash my long thick hair. As in other reviews, while included in the room rate and delivered to your room, I would agree with others who said breakfast was not great. Plus, we requested an 8am delivery and at 8:20 I had to call the front desk to ask how much longer. The highlight was the friendliness of the staff.
