RecommendedGreat location at the quiet end of Cannery Row, You can get pretty much anywhere on foot. The hotel has amazing views and the lapping waves will lull you to sleep. Staff is amazing and the hotel is super clean!
RecommendedWe were treated like royalty. Breakfast in your room/on the balcony every morning, turn down service with mints on the pillows and staff that was responsive to any thing we asked with such politeness made this a special occasion.

The parking was great onsite. The checkin was easy and our room overlooked the harbor rm 308. The only problem is the mattress is one of the hardest I ever slept on. Please upgrade your mattresses for the cost of our stay we expected a more comfortable mattress.
RecommendedGreat place except they use false advertising. They advertise a business center that has been down for 6 months. I was told it is an internet connection problem and would be any easy fix if they bothered. So either fix it or stop advertising you have it. Trying to get internet info that needs to be printed, such as boarding passes, can be time consuming at the front desk with other people checking in or out at the same time.
I've been here exactly 5 minutes and I hate it. We usually stay at the Monterey Plaza but this was a spur of the moment trip and they had no vacancies. So here we are. $1,000 for two nights gets you no valet service and no help with bags. The Plaza hotel next door actually valet parked our truck for the same nightly parking rate this place charges to park it ourselves.
