This is a room upgrade at this over-priced, over-rated property. A Murphy bed. For two adults. Don’t even know how this is permitted in the Intercontinental brand- particularly when the rate was 70,000 points / $600 per night. This property is mediocre at best, and certainly does not represent value for money or offer anything that would set it apart from any other mediocre hotel. Fully agree with previous posts about the ludicrous parking situation. Don’t offer parking if you can’t accommodate booked guests.

My wife daughter and I stayed there this past week and we thought it would be fantastic given the price unfortunately that wasn’t the case. The parking situation was ridiculous not to mention the man working the front desk seemed overwhelmed at check-in our bed was super hard and lumpy and we didn’t get a good nights rest all in all we will not be back

Rooms are big but not cozy. They need more furniture and hominess; too cold feeling. Doors slam shut HARD so you hear everyone’s door way down the hall. Also a screaming baby was in the next room; walls are thin. Also, the Nespresso machine sucked. Needs a k-cup coffee maker instead. The bathroom was the best space.
