First time staying at this Hotel. The front desk staff very helpful and professional. The room was nice, had all the creature comforts. The only concerns I had were limited parking, I drive a Ram 3500 and is a big truck. I recommend being a small car. The king size bed was like sleeping in a big hole. The bed was not firm at all, two nights of restless sleeping and stiff neck. Sunday morning, looked outside and observed Dog poop outside in patio area. This was very disgusting. Love the peace and quiet, great location and awesome guest services! We practically lived in the huge hot tub! We will definitely be staying there again, highly recommended!

Our favorite local staycation. Poolside here is the best. And always great places to eat and drink in Los Gatos. Gym across the street and breakfast available plus fantastic and quick room service. Walk the Los Gatos trail, come back sit in the hot tub and lay poolside. How much better can it be? Until next time, which won't be long!

This place is a high end construction old world beautiful Italian villa. Perfectly laid out with beautiful land scaping and pool courtyard and spacious rooms with the highest end finishes. The staff is top notch and the room service not only cleans your room but also organizes your messy suitcase belongings dispersed throughout the room and neatly places it against the wall out of the way.
