We went to the Bloor Yorkville location on Boxing Day to look at the ladies shoe department. We felt like we were at Sears. The brass fixtures, the peeling faux stone wallpaper; the dirty, worn carpets and unpolished floors, the non-existent visual merchandising standards and the casually dressed employees (except for one gentleman dressed in a suit all give off the impression of low-scale retail. I've been trying for years to retrieve a cologne I have paid for that was never delivered to me. Horrible customer service. I would never shop here again. I have left countless messages at the Yorkdale location for the Bloor Street location to call me but no response at all.
