lack of respect. we're staying 2 days at over $400. less than 24 hours into our trip we were informed that fires were burning a few miles from our home and having animals we had to rush home to evacuate. the owner would not refund the cost of the second day. it was at his discretion...so we paid over $400 for less than 24hours. you should be ashamed.
Asked to get rooms as close together as possible because I reserved 2 rooms for my family and I (we’re a family of 7) and ended up 4 doors apart. I probably won’t be back as the hotel didn’t really accommodate our needs.
