While this resort is gorgeous, I'm giving them an awful review because of how they denied our entire group of about 40 people's refunds after were were evacuated for hurricane Patricia. Boarding our flights we were told that the storm wasn't of much concern by airline staff and decided to enjoy our week celebrating a wedding that has been planned for a year.
