The people were attentive and kind. Talking back to my table with my breakfast from the buffet, a staffer always whisked my food onto a tray and followed me to my table. The food was delicious with plenty of options to accommodate any allergy or sensitivity. In the wee hours we could see the staff scrubbing the walks and pulling weeds one would need a microscope to see, keeping the grounds so beautiful and immaculate I often found myself starting. Just lovely--the people and the place.
Super recomendado. Sin duda el mejor hotel en Nuevo Vallarta. Servicio, calidad y excelencia es lo que los distingue. Las instalaciones son de lo mejor y no se diga la comida. Los Chefs te sorprenden con sus recomendaciones. Gracias en especial al Chef Doroteo y Chef Marco Antonio, por sus finas atenciones y por brindarnos unas excelentes degustaciones. Me voy muy consentido planenanddo ya la próxima visita. Felicidades de verdad a todo el equipo.
Wow, what can I even say? This was one of the best trips my family and I have had to date. The service, food, and cleanliness was impeccable. Every need of ours was met and exceeded. There were no complaints whatsoever and everyone was so kind and helpful. I would recommend this resort to anyone in a heartbeat. A big thanks to all the activities staff for all of their hard work and making the vacation so enjoyable. I hope to visit all of you again very soon! ❤️

We had an amazing vacation at Grand Velas!!! It is one of the best resorts we have been to. Great food, best cappuccinos, amazing people and the BEST service, beautiful hotel and warm pools:-) Just loved it there... Thanks :-)
