I just got back from the Grand Velas last night ,and all I can say is "Wow" . The 2 bedroom 3 bath suite was gorgeous, the people that work there all seem so happy with their jobs, food was incredible, massages were terrific, beach was beautiful with plenty of loungers,the employees there are so incredibly nice!! They really go above and beyond to make sure everything is fantastic! I'm already looking at my calendar to go back in a couple of months. Don't hesitate to book this resort, just do it!! What a wonderful spot and experience. Everything was perfection. Every member of the staff was attentive and genuinely happy. The resort is beautiful and so are the people caring for you during your stay. A special shout out to Jose Ramos and Armando Lira for making sure we never wanted to leave. ❤️❤️❤️
I'm teaching cooking classes here this week for Wellnessing by Velas Resorts! I can't say enough about this fabulous property! I've traveled all over the world and this place is among one of THE most service oriented properties I've ever stayed in. I also grew up in the hotel industry and worked for both Marriott and Hyatt in F&B , and I can tell you that the back of the house here knows what they are doing, because the front of the house works like clockwork! I'd recommend a stay here wholeheartedly!
