It was a beautiful resort with awesome staff. Angel, Alex, Kevin and Alberto were amazing. They made the trip extra special with their energy, kindness and fun activities for adults and kids. I am still dreaming of when I can go back to the Spa at the Zen.....it was such a relaxing and unique experience.

This resort is as beautiful as any other- gorgeous grounds and pool! What sets it apart is the exceptional service. The staff were friendly and attentive. I never had to ask for anything- everything is anticipated and provided. Absolutely incredible. The spa was perfect as well.

We came here for a business trip, and it is a wonderful resort. The staff is attentive, friendly, and on top of things. I don’t have any complaints. The food has been great, the room wonderful, and the view amazing. I wish we could stay longer. We are talking about coming back with the kids. Highly recommend this place. Oh, and it is beautiful. I love all the decor details, especially the pebble rock designs.

Don't think twice. Here for 5 days and it is absolutely one of the best resorts we have ever seen or been to. French restaurant, Italian ar two of our favorites believe it or not! But above all of that are the people that make this amazing place run so smooth! Can't say enough or mention all the names...just everyone! 5* indeed!
