RecommendedWe had a great time. Service and food is excellent! I wouldn’t not recommend going to Azul for dinner the nights you order off the menu, that was the only time we had horrible service. If you are traveling with children I would highly recommend the kids club. Our 9 year old daughter would leave us at 9am and we would drag her out of there at 10pm. The ladies there are wonderful. RecommendedWe had a fabulous family vacation at Grand Velas. I just wrote an extensive review on Trip Advisor. Everything about our stay was perfection and we can't wait to come back! I was a little stressed out trying to pick a resort because vacations are pricey ... but it was well worth every penny! Great food & drinks, amazing service & staff, beautiful grounds, fantastic pools, lovely room ... Grand Velas is outstanding!

RecommendedIt was a beautiful resort with awesome staff. Angel, Alex, Kevin and Alberto were amazing. They made the trip extra special with their energy, kindness and fun activities for adults and kids. I am still dreaming of when I can go back to the Spa at the Zen.....it was such a relaxing and unique experience.
RecommendedThis resort is as beautiful as any other- gorgeous grounds and pool! What sets it apart is the exceptional service. The staff were friendly and attentive. I never had to ask for anything- everything is anticipated and provided. Absolutely incredible. The spa was perfect as well.
