RecommendedI’ve never written a review. The hotel is beautiful. Would absolutely return. This post is about Cochina de Autor. I’ve been lucky enough to eat at several Michelin venues around the world. This place needs a Michelin star (probably two). Service, wine pairings, and regional menu are world class. Worth traveling for. We were fortunate to try TWO tasting menus on consecutive nights. Brilliant from start to finish.
