Our AC was broken, there were dirty crusty towels when we arrived, and we also found a hidden stash of cocaine in our room. What a family friendly hotel.

Hotel was doing construction and was very noisy, construction started very early in the morning, had fire alarm go off at 2am, was offered air freshener and they opened the window, there was no water one morning and no hot water the next morning. Front end manager was rude and very unwilling to negotiate fair price for inconvenience. Would not recommend this Hotel to anyone.....

This place has seen better days. They do a nice job presenting it on their website, but it falls way short in reality. The location and breakfast are great but the walls, furniture, tile, wallpaper etc are beat to heck. The walls are thin and you can hear every kid running down the hall upstairs and every door slam. We even changed rooms and it was still noisy. The new room didn't even have toilet paper and there was an old apple that was frozen to the shelf inside the mini fridge. Our room have an over powering smell of mold. Bathroom sink was leaking. Elevator got stuck.
